And we are so sure about it, that if you find a lower price elsewhere, we’ll match the price as well as giving you a 10% discount on that price.

This is how it works:

1. Book your stay on sktpetri.com.
1. If you find a cheaper price on another website within 24 hours after you’ve made your booking with us, please book it and send us an e-mail with the confirmation and the rates shown on the other website.
3. We will contact you within one working day.

It's that simple!

For the lowest price guarantee to be valid, the following criteria must be the same:

The same date.
The same type of room.
The same meal type (breakfast included or not).
The same cancellation conditions.
The same currency.
The same number of people.
The same number of nights.

Price guarantee does not apply for:

Contract prices or other non-public prices, including group rates, package rates, promotional prices and membership rates.
Prices on websites where the hotel name is not given until after booking.
Bookings for more than 9 rooms.
Clearance prices, including prices stored in your browser (stored information).
Comparison with other existing payment terms such as prepayment.

Other conditions:

Completed reservations may be cancelled or rebooked in accordance with our standard of and rebooking rules. However, note that the price guarantee expires in cases of cancellation and rebooking, which means that free nights cannot be utilized.
Price guarantee does not apply to bookings including extra beds, extra adults or extra children as the conditions for this change per booking channel
Price guarantee applies to bookings made no later than 72 hours prior to arrival.
After you submit your request, we will contact you within 2 business days.
Free nights is always the first night of the accommodation period. Staying only one night, you then pay nothing. We offer 1 free night per booker, so you can not book multiple rooms for the same arrival date.
These rules can be changed. Published rules at the time of booking are valid.

GENERAL RESERVATION INFORMATION

Reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card when you book. 
Check-in after 3PM. 
Check-out by 12PM.
You must be 18+ to book a room and to check-in. 
To cover incidentals, we'll hold 500 DKK per day and a maximum of 1500 DKK in total on your credit card. Know there is a smoking fee of 2000 DKK. 

PET POLICIES

We're so happy you and your furry friend have chosen to stay with us, want we want to make sure you have an enjoyable stay with us. We also want to make sure you, and all of our guests, are safe at all times. 

Below are our house rules: 
We charge a fee of 500 DKK for pets staying in the room. 
Safety first. Pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier while in public spaces in the hotel. 
We're all about exploring, but some places are off limits. Pets are not allowed in food & beverage areas or in the fitness center. 
A (human) guest must be present with their pet while any member of the hotel team is in their room. 
Pets must be with a designated individual at all times, and not to be left unattended.
