Earth Month

At Skt. Petri, we work hard towards a greener future, every month of the year. We forge firm partnerships with others that do the same. From our work with Green Kayak, a local NGO helping to clean up the city canals, to Too Good to Go, fighting food waste one meal at a time. Drop by Petri Restaurant & Bar to celebrate our wonderful planet with an Earth-Friendly cocktails or two. Our homemade Breakfast Gin, made from fruit scraps from our Breakfast buffet, and our Coffee Liqueur made from the daily coffee grounds (and as plant fertilizer as well!) used at the Hotel are clever ways we upcycle, making every sip count. Our drinks are primarily made from sustainable, local, responsibly sourced ingredients, so let’s raise our glasses and cheers to going green!
