Denmark is synonymous with great design. The Designmuseum Denmark showcases the best of Danish and international design, from everyday products to artful installations. It’s located in a splendid rococo building that was once the countries’ first public hospital. In the warmer months the cafe spills out into the lovely garden, which also serves as a performance space. The museum shop has a great selection of design and craft books and is a great place to buy beautiful souvenirs for yourself or your loved ones at home. Admission is 100 DKK.
